The Stable
The Stable is in Brent Knoll village. It's a detached stone building, an old stable that we renovated a couple of years ago. It's just for two people. One bedroom, and the shower room is en-suite. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard.
Inside, it's all one open plan room with the kitchen, sofa, and a breakfast bar. The ceilings are beamed. It's a good size for a couple. The bedroom is through an archway. There's a Smart TV and the wifi is reliable.
Outside, there's a private courtyard with a table and chairs. We leave a BBQ out there for you. There's parking right next to it.
You can have up to two dogs. There's a washing machine in a cupboard under the stairs. All bedding and towels are included.
The village pub is a few minutes' walk. There's a carvery, a garden centre with a coffee shop, and a petrol station with a small shop all about a mile away.
Burnham-on-Sea is under three miles. That's where the main beach is, with shops and places to eat. The coast path is accessible from there.
Within half an hour you can drive to Cheddar Gorge. Wells and Glastonbury are both about 25 minutes away. Bath is further, about 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic.
