Seapoint House

Seapoint House is in Cleveleys, on the promenade. It's an end-terrace house over three floors. The main thing is the view. You can see the sea and the beach from the front windows.

It sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor and opens onto the back garden. The other three are on the top floor. Two of those have sea views. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well-equipped.

The stairs are standard for a house like this. The living room and kitchen are on the middle floor. There's a balcony off the living room. It's a good spot to sit out.

The beach is about 50 yards away. It's sand and shingle. There are dog friendly sections. There's a promenade for walking. The local shops, cafes, and a few places to eat are all within a few minutes' walk. The nearest pub is about 350 yards.

Blackpool is four miles along the coast. That's where the Tower and the Pleasure Beach are. In the other direction, about a twenty minute drive, you get to Lytham and St Annes. They have nice sand beaches and some good places to eat.

A bit inland, Thornton has the Wyre Estuary Country Park for walks. There's also an 18th century windmill there.

For facilities: parking for one car on the drive. Enclosed garden at the back with a patio and a BBQ. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Cot, highchair, and stairgate are here if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
