This is Court House, in Hay on Wye. It's an end terrace, right in the middle of town. You can walk to everything.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. It's a Georgian townhouse, so the rooms are big and the ceilings are high. There's a good amount of space for everyone.
The kitchen is at the back and looks out over a small, enclosed garden. It's a proper place to sit outside.
There's on-site parking for one car. If you have more than one car, you can park on the street nearby.
The town is famous for books, so there are bookshops everywhere. The main festival is in May but it's busy and interesting most of the year. There's a castle, good pubs that do food, and a market. The shop is a five-minute walk.
For walks, you can pick up the Offa's Dyke Path or the Wye Valley Walk right from the door. The river is a short walk away, down to The Warren. You can hire canoes or bikes in town.
If you want to drive out, Brecon and the Brecon Beacons are about half an hour away. Hereford is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
Facilities: we've included a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
