House In The Hills is in Tregoyd, in the Black Mountains. It's part of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It's five miles from Hay-on-Wye.

The main thing is the space and the view. You look out over the valley towards Hay Bluff. There are several terraces with furniture if you want to sit outside. The Gospel Pass road runs right past, up over the hills. It's a dramatic drive.
Inside, the living room has a big open fire. The kitchen is large, with a central island and decent appliances. The bedrooms are well furnished. The bathrooms have both baths and walk-in showers.
You're right in the hills here. It's quiet. For walking, you can step straight out. For a town, Hay-on-Wye is about a ten minute drive. It's famous for its bookshops. Visit Wales has good information on the area.
Abergavenny is about half an hour by car if you need more shops or the train station. The National Trust Sugar Loaf is that way too.
