Penmaen
This is Penmaen. It's in Talgarth, which is a small town in the Brecon Beacons. We built it in 2019 and we live right next door.
It's a semi-detached cottage that sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom and a wet room are on the ground floor, which is handy. The stairs are fine, normal stairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's new and clean and works well.
The back garden is enclosed. There's a garage you can use. Good for bikes or walking gear. Parking is on the drive.
You've got a shop and a couple of pubs about a hundred yards away. The town has what you need.
Location wise, you're right in the middle of things here. Brecon is about nine miles north. Hay-on-Wye is eight miles east, that's the book town. The proper hills start almost as soon as you leave town. Pen y Fan and the main Brecon Beacons range are about a 20 minute drive. The Black Mountains are on your doorstep.
For a day out, Cardiff or Swansea are roughly an hour's drive in either direction.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
