Seaview
Seaview is an apartment in Oban. It's on the first floor above the town. The view out the front windows is across the water to the island of Kerrera. That's the main thing about it.
It sleeps six, but that's in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and has what you need, but it's not high-end. You should know the parking is on-street. It can be busy in summer.
You're right in the middle of town. The shops, the ferry terminal, and the train station are all a few minutes' walk. There's a pub about 200 yards away. The promenade and the bay are just at the bottom of the street.
From the front room you can watch the CalMac ferries coming and going to Mull and the other islands. It's easy to just walk down and get on one. Mull and Iona are a common day trip. The National Trust for Scotland looks after parts of Iona.
If you drive, Glencoe is about 40 minutes north. Fort William is an hour. Inveraray, with the castle, is 45 minutes south. The scenery is just there, you don't have to go far.
It has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The garden is a shared space out the back. Sorry, no pets.
