Kerrera View
Kerrera View is an apartment in Oban. It's on the second floor of a modern building. It looks straight out across Oban Bay to the island of Kerrera and beyond. The view is the main thing.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything's clean and in good order.
The building is right in the middle of town. There's a shop about a minute's walk away, and pubs and restaurants are just round the corner. You can hear the usual town noises sometimes.
From the window, you look down at the harbour. The ferries to Mull go from there. You can get boat trips to other islands like Staffa and Iona from the same place. You might see seals or dolphins if you're lucky.
If you want to get out, you're in a good spot for it. You can walk onto the coastal path easily. There's McCaig's Tower up the hill for a view back over the town. Glasdrum Wood is about twenty minutes' drive north if you fancy a forest walk. Fort William and Glencoe are under an hour away by car.
It has the things you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on site. All the bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
