Twisly North Lodge
Twisly North Lodge is in Catsfield. It's a detached house set back from the road behind electric gates. The garden is about an acre and a bit, mostly lawn that leads into woodland. It's very private.
The house sleeps eight across four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished and has everything you'd expect. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and has a four-poster bed. The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony overlooking the garden.
Inside, there's a large sitting room and a separate dining room. It's got a TV with Netflix, and a Nintendo for the kids. There's fibre broadband. The place is decorated with paintings by local artists.
Outside, there's a paved terrace with an all-weather table tennis table. Further down the garden there's a wood-fired pizza oven and a firepit. There's a covered area with a hot tub. The garden gets the evening sun.
The local pub is about half a mile away, an easy walk. They do food. The nearest shop is about the same distance.
You're about five miles from the coast at Hastings. Battle is just over three miles away; you can visit Battle Abbey there. Rye is about a twenty minute drive, Lewes is about half an hour, and Brighton is around forty minutes. Tunbridge Wells is roughly thirty minutes away for shopping.
Facilities: there's parking for several cars on the drive inside the gates. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. The property is wheelchair accessible to the ground floor. Sorry, no pets.
