This is Luna Holiday Pod. It's a single pod on a working farm above Snailbeach in Shropshire. You get your own deck with a view out over the valley.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's open plan inside, so the kitchenette, dining area and sitting area are all in one room. There's a TV and WiFi. It's glamping, so it's all quite compact, but it's well set up.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right next to the pod.
The access is via a farm track. It's fine for normal cars, just take it steady.
You're right on the edge of the Stiperstones. The old lead mine at Snailbeach is a short walk. For a longer walk, you can head straight up onto the ridge from here. Good views on a clear day.
The village of Minsterley is about two miles away. It has a shop and a pub, The Crown and Sceptre, that does food. Pontesbury is a bit further and has a few more options.
Shrewsbury is about a 25 minute drive. Good for a day out if you want shops and cafes. The Shropshire Hills National Landscape website has walking routes. If you're interested in industrial history, the English Heritage page for Snailbeach Mine is useful.
