Callow
This is Callow. It's a pod on a glamping site at Eastridge Farm, up near Habberley in the Shropshire Hills. It sleeps three, with one bedroom and a bathroom that's en suite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. Everything's clean and it works.
The pod itself is compact, as you'd expect. There's a proper bed and a single sofa bed in the main space. It's warm and dry. You get bedding and towels included. There's a TV, a shower, and parking right outside.
You're sharing the farm site with a few other glamping units, so it's not totally isolated, but it's quiet. The views are over the fields and hills. It’s a good spot if you want something simple and want to be outside.
The Foot pub is about four minutes walk down the lane. They do food. For shops and a few more options, Pontesbury village is five minutes drive away.
You're right in the middle of the hills here for walking and biking. The site has its own woodland walks. For a bigger day out, Shrewsbury is about half an hour's drive. It's a proper old town with the river and the castle.
If you're planning walks, the Shropshire Hills National Landscape site is useful. For local history, Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings is interesting.
