The Rose of Sharon is one of five apartments in the old vicarage at Sannan Court, in Llanfynydd. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. You get the apartment to yourselves, but you share the big front and side lawns with other guests if they're around. It's very quiet here.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The apartment has high ceilings, so it feels spacious even though it's for two people. Everything's clean and modern inside. The wifi is decent. You've got a washing machine, a TV, and parking right outside.
The village has a pub. It's a proper local. They do food some nights, but it's worth checking.
You're right on the edge of Brechfa Forest. If you've brought bikes, the trails are fantastic. For walking, you can just step out the door. The maps in the apartment show good routes.
You're about a 30-minute drive from a lot. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is close, maybe 20 minutes. It's a good day out if the weather's iffy. The castles, Carreg Cennen and Dinefwr, are worth seeing. Llyn y Fan Fach, up in the Black Mountains, is a great hike. It's a proper mountain lake.
You can bring one dog. We provide a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
