Olive Blossom
Olive Blossom is one of the apartments inside the old vicarage here in Llanfynydd. It's a first-floor flat, so you have stairs to get up to it. The building's Victorian, so the ceilings are high and the rooms feel quite spacious. You get your own patio area outside.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen has what you need. There's a shared lawn you can use as well.
The village has a pub, The Ffynnon, which is about a three-minute walk. They do food. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Carmarthen, which is about seven miles.
If you like walking or cycling, Brechfa Forest is right on the doorstep. The mountain bike trails are well known. For a gentler day out, the National Botanic Garden of Wales is about twenty minutes away by car. Carreg Cennen castle is a similar drive, it's a proper ruin up on a cliff.
You're well placed for exploring westwards towards Pembrokeshire or east into the Brecon Beacons. Both are within an hour.
Facilities are straightforward: WiFi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
