The Old Dairy
The Old Dairy is on our farm in Hampreston. It's a detached building we converted. You look out over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both downstairs. They each have their own shower room, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything is new, but it's not enormous. The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and sitting area all together.
You have your own garden area with a patio. It's a good spot for a drink in the evening. The woods at the back of the farm are nice for a short walk.
It's a working farm, so you'll see and hear us going about our day. There are tractors and animals about.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are in a utility room you can use. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. We allow one well-behaved dog. Parking is right outside.
The nearest pub is about a ten minute walk. Wimborne Minster is a five minute drive. It's a nice town for shops and cafes. Kingston Lacy is nearby if you like walking in the grounds of a historic house.
You can be on the coast at Poole or Bournemouth in twenty minutes. The New Forest is about half an hour's drive. For a longer day out, the Jurassic Coast with places like Durdle Door is under an hour away.
