Rockmount Apartment
Rockmount Apartment is in Bournemouth, on the second floor of a big old house. It sleeps five. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is an en suite off the main bedroom. The living room is large and looks out over the shared garden area.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The decor is straightforward, nothing too fancy.
You've got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. The garden you look onto is shared with the other flats, but there's a patio bit that's for you.
Being second floor means there are stairs. No lift. It's not a problem, just something to be aware of if you're bringing a lot of luggage.
The location is good. You're right in Bournemouth. The beach and the pier are a walk away, maybe 15-20 minutes depending on your pace. The town centre is close for shops and cafes. The Lower Gardens are nice for a stroll.
If you want to drive out, the New Forest is about half an hour north. The Jurassic Coast is to the west, places like Lulworth Cove or Durdle Door are within a 30-40 minute drive.
There's a pub about half a mile away. No pets allowed, sorry.
