Plum Tree House is in Bradway, Sheffield. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's good if stairs are a problem. It sleeps six, three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You've got off street parking for two cars on the drive. The garden is a decent size, enclosed, mostly lawn. There are patio doors from the living room straight out to it.
Inside, it's straightforward. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a separate dining room. All the bedding and towels are included, and there's WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower.
The area is quiet, residential. There's a golf course very close by. Nice walks start from your doorstep into the Dore and Totley areas, which are on the edge of the Peak District. There's a train station not far away which is useful for getting into Sheffield city centre, or out to the Peak District without using the car.
For a proper day out, the Peak District National Park is about a 30 minute drive. You can be at places like Ladybower Reservoir or the Hope Valley quite easily. In Sheffield, the Winter Garden and the Millennium Gallery are worth a visit if the weather turns.

No pets, I'm afraid.
