Woodview Lodge is an annexe attached to our house. It's in Cutthorpe, which is a quiet village just outside Chesterfield.
The place sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable, but not enormous. Everything is on the ground floor, and there's parking right there.
It's wheelchair accessible. The entrance and the main living space are level. The shower is a walk-in.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is yours to use and there's a BBQ.
The facilities are all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
There are three pubs in the village, all within a short walk. The nearest is about 175 yards away and they all do food. The nearest shop is a few miles away in Chesterfield.
Linacre Reservoirs are just on the edge of the village. Good for walking. The woods around them are full of bluebells in spring.
You're right on the edge of the Peak District. Peak District National Park is a few minutes' drive away. Chatsworth House is about 15 minutes. Bakewell, Buxton, and Matlock are all within half an hour. Chesterfield and Sheffield are close too if you need a city.
For sailing or cycling, Carsington Water is about 45 minutes drive.
