Barn Owls Nest is an apartment on the first floor. It's part of the old stables on the farm. There are two other places like it here. It's just for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom.
It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fine for making meals. The bed is good. The shower works. There's a woodburning stove for colder nights.
You're on a farm with about 40 acres and over 30 horses. You can walk around the land. The parking is right outside.
The town of Dronfield is a short walk. It has shops and pubs. A local pub is within walking distance. You're between Sheffield and Chesterfield. The Peak District starts about ten minutes up the road.
For a day out, you can drive into the Peaks. Chatsworth House is a 25 minute drive. Bakewell is about 20 minutes. Haddon Hall is similar. For walking, the Ladybower reservoirs are a 30 minute drive.
In terms of what's here: WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair if you need them, all bedding and towels are provided, and the parking is on site. No pets, I'm afraid.
