The Garden House
The Garden House is in Dronfield town centre. It's a one-bedroom cottage that sleeps two. There's a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. It's attached to another cottage, The Gatehouse, but you have your own entrance and your own enclosed garden at the back. It's private.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs. It's a proper little suntrap in the afternoon.
You're right in the middle of things. There's a shop and a pub about 100 yards away, and a restaurant just a bit further. Everything you need is a short walk.
For getting out, you're in a good spot. The Peak District starts about a 10-minute drive away. Chatsworth House is about 20 minutes by car. The historic towns like Bakewell and Eyam are also within half an hour.
Chesterfield is close, you can see the twisted spire from here on a clear day. Sheffield city centre is about a 20-minute drive if you need something bigger.
