Mill Farm Cottages - Kingfisher
Kingfisher is one of four cottages at Mill Farm, near Barlow in Derbyshire. It's right on the edge of the Peak District.
The cottage is for two people. One double bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, no frills. You get your own little patio area.
It's on a farm, so you're looking out over fields. There's about 50 acres here, with some woods and walking tracks. You'll see plenty of birds.
The village pub is a few minutes' walk. It's decent. For a bigger shop, you'd need to drive to Chesterfield, which is about ten minutes away.
You're right by the Peak District. Chatsworth House is about a 25 minute drive. For a walk, the Padley Gorge area is good, about 20 minutes away. You can be in the middle of the moors pretty quickly from here.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, parking right outside. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog.
