Mill Farm Cottages - The Nook is the one I'm talking about. It's in Crowhole, just outside the village of Barlow. Fringe of the Peak District, really. It's one of four cottages on the farm.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. Has a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and has what you need. There's no upstairs, everything's on the ground floor.
You've got your own bit of garden with it. The cottages are set back from the farmhouse, looking out over the fields. We've got about fifty acres here. It's all conservation land, so there's a lot of wildlife about. You'll see squirrels and birds right outside.
The village has a local pub, which is walkable. It does food. Fishing is available nearby if that's your thing.
You're right on the edge of the Peak District National Park here. For a day out, Chatsworth House is about half an hour's drive. So is the pretty part of the Hope Valley, like Castleton. Bakewell's not far either.
In terms of what's there: TV, WiFi, parking right outside. There's a washing machine shared with the other cottages. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one dog.
