The Old Hayloft
The Old Hayloft is on a farm in Dronfield. It's one of a few apartments made from the old barns. It's detached, so you're on your own. The farm's about 40 acres with horses.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely inside, but it's still a farm building. The ceilings are high and the windows are big, so it's light. The shower is good. The kitchen has a dishwasher.
There's a pub you can walk to. Dronfield town is a short walk as well. You can get what you need there. It's between Sheffield and Chesterfield, so you can go either way easily.
You're right on the edge of the Peak District. You can be in the national park in ten minutes by car. For a proper day out, Chatsworth House is about half an hour away. Haddon Hall is similar. Bakewell is about twenty minutes.
If you like walking, the Ladybower reservoirs are within a twenty minute drive. For a swim, Hathersage has an outdoor lido. It's about twenty five minutes.
For the farm itself: there's parking right outside. WiFi works. TV is there. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring two dogs.
