Clearview is in Newgate, Derbyshire. It's detached, so no one attached to the sides. The main benefit is the view out the front over the fields. That's where the name comes from.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is upstairs attached to the main bedroom. The other is on the ground floor.
The building is modern. It's got a 4 Star rating which means it's well finished. The kitchen has everything you'd need, including a dishwasher. There's a wood burner in the living room. It makes the place very warm.
The garden at the back gets the sun. There's a fire pit area built with stone. At the front there's a stone barbecue and some seating to look at the view.
It's on the edge of the Peak District. Good for walking straight from the door. There's a local pub you can walk to as well.
Chesterfield is about fifteen minutes by car. Bakewell, Hathersage, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are around twenty minutes. Castleton and Eyam are about half an hour away. Matlock with the Heights of Abraham is also half an hour.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on the drive. The entrance is level and the ground floor bedroom and bathroom mean it works for limited mobility. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
