Littledown is a lovely modern two bedroom home nestled within a quiet residential area of Bournemouth. This property offers a very nice open plan sitting/dining area, with a separate, well equipped kitchen that opens up to the enclosed garden. Upstairs the accommodation offers two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Littledown makes an ideal holiday home for couples looking to explore the vibrant coastal town of Bournemouth.
Bournemouth is a 10 minute drive it offers plenty to do for all ages, you can visit the Oceanarium, Bournemouth where you can learn about the amazing marine ecosystems as well as viewing feeding times with the penguins and a walk through the underwater tunnel. Bournemouth Pier has amusements with an arcade, a café, boat trips along the coast or rock-climbing wall at RockReef. For wet weather entertainment there’s Littledown waterpark for fun on the water flumes, slides and rides. Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre, BIC and the O2 Cinema & restaurant complex is the place for entertainment or wander around the Russell Cotes Art Gallery & MuseumFrom Poole Quay take the many Ferry Boat rides to Studland peninsula or National Trust Brownsea Island and trips around the Bay including the Jurassic Coast. Go on the Bournemouth Eye, wander through the beautiful gardens, play mini-golf or go to the theatre. There are a variety of events that are organised throughout the year in both Poole and Bournemouth so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Southbourne beach is 3 milrd, a 10 minute drive away.
You can also drive to the New Forest National Park with its free roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys or just enjoy fantastic walks in the woodlands. There is also the New Forest Water Park with an inflatable aqua park, wake boarding and kayaking. There are seven miles of golden sands from nearby Southbourne Beach to Bournemouth Pier, Poole Harbour, and the millionaires area of Sandbanks. The car ferry at Sandbanks takes you across beautiful heathland to Studland where you can walk and explore Old Harry Rocks. There is an abundance of things to do for all ages to make your holiday really special.
