Located within the stunning Rame Peninsula area of Cornwall and ideal for exploring both this incredible county and neighbouring Devon, this amazing lodge sits proudly overlooking a panoramic vista taking in the historic Naval city of Plymouth, beautiful Dartmoor National Park, and distant atmospheric Bodmin Moor. Well-presented and set in the established Whitsand Bay Holiday Park, your lodge accommodates six guests in wonderful comfort.
The open plan kitchen, diner, and living room are bright and airy with inviting soft furnishings to relax in, Sky TV to enjoy, well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and small tumble dryer. Doors lead out onto your wrap-around decking veranda, where outdoor chairs and a perfectly positioned hot tub await you! Here, take in your surroundings, marvel at the view, and……. relax. There are three bedrooms, all with ample storage . The master has a king-size bed with TV and an en-suite including bath and shower, whilst the second has a double bed and the third two singles and a small TV. A separate fantastic Relaxation Room, comprising an Infra-Red sauna with mood lighting, CD and radio, steam cabinet, and a separate toilet and sink too. This room really sets this holiday home apart. There is also a further bathroom. Lodge 47 is without doubt a Yes hidden gem!
This spectacular area of Cornwall provides golden sandy beaches in abundance, coves, inlets, and cliff-top walks to enjoy. Visit vibrant Plymouth, with its ancient nautical heritage, or to the West picture-perfect Polperro with its legendary links to smuggling and wrecking, or the harbour town of Looe, with its fishing fleet, narrow streets, and rail line which transports you through scenic views through woodland and coastline to Liskeard. The Eden Project, a magical world beneath huge Biomes, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the mining town of St Austell with its chimneys and engine houses are just a short distance away, whilst peaceful moorland walks and trails are a joy to behold.
There is so much to experience, enjoy with never-ending days out all within reach of your very special lodge! Please note the lodge is accessed by a gravel pathway with gradients so may not be suitable for those less mobile. There is no vehicular access, parking is 400 yards away.
