There is a large kitchen, two bedrooms, one with twin beds, and one with a large double bed. The conservatory offers views of Lowestoft harbour.

It is located in Oulton Broad, one of the finest inland waterways in the country with many sports attractions. Local bus routes nearby with a train station a 10-minute walk. Lowestoft’s seaside resort is just a short drive away, and inland, the villages and countryside are well worth exploring. 15 minutes until you reach a popular coastal walk that leads directly into the heart of Oulton Broad. Pleasure Wood Hills and Africa Alive zoo within 5 miles. There are local bus routes nearby with a train station a 10-minute walk. Beach 3 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub 1 mile.
