Cringoed is a large farmhouse, situated in Llanarth just 5 miles from the Ceredigion coastline, Ceredigion is one of Wales most popular holiday areas. Named after Prince Ceredig, Ceredigion is sheltered from the east by the Cambrian Mountains and stretches to the shores of Cardigan Bay. If walking is what you’re after, this vast sweeping crescent of bay forms a very special part of the Wales Coast Path. The sixty miles of path has the most varied landscape and spectacular views and is never busy or overrun with tourists. Visit the sandy coves of Llangrannog, Cwmtydu, Tresaith and Penbryn and take a break at the many pubs and cafés along the way; many of the beaches are dog friendly all year round. The seaside towns of Aberystwyth, Aberaeron and Cardigan are all within easy reach and well worth a visit with iconic harbours and castles.
The property consists of; Ground floor bedroom, large dining room with wood burner, open plan kitchen/living room with patio doors leading to the private hot tub, a games room with pool table and table tennis, wet room, and utility area. There is an electric adjustable bed in the games room, which is next to the walk-in shower room, so is suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. To the first floor there is a large living room with a Xbox game console, and balcony overlooking the rolling countryside, a double bedroom, twin bedroom, two family rooms with triple bunk and double bed, all bedrooms have sinks in them, a family bathroom, and a seperate toilet.
