Graydon Cottage
Graydon Cottage is in Mere Syke. It's a pretty quiet spot in Lancashire, up a farm track.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and comfortable. The owner lives next door, which is handy if you need anything.
You can walk straight out from the cottage. The Forest of Bowland is right there. For a bigger challenge, the Yorkshire Three Peaks are about a 30 minute drive away. Settle is about seven miles, it's a decent little town with shops and pubs. You can get on the Settle to Carlisle railway there, which is worth doing for the views.
Skipton and Clitheroe are each around fourteen miles, if you need more shops. The Lake District, like Windermere, is just over an hour's drive.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. The garden is enclosed. There's parking. Bedding and towels are included, and we can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
