Tigh Nan Allt is a detached house in Camserney, a little hamlet north of Aberfeldy. It's a quiet spot, just houses and fields. You get the whole place and the garden to yourselves.
The house sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. It's open plan downstairs, which is good if you're all in together.
The garden is nice. There's a stream at the bottom and a couple of different places to sit, so you can follow the sun. It's peaceful.
It's a good base for getting outside. You can walk or cycle straight from the door. There are Munros nearby if you like proper hills. For fishing or golf, you'll need to drive a short way.
Aberfeldy is about ten minutes by car. It has shops, cafes, a couple of bookshops, and the Dewar's distillery if you're into that. The Birks cinema is good if the weather turns. A decent pub and restaurant are about two miles away.
Other towns like Kenmore, Pitlochry, and Dunkeld are all within half an hour. You can go further afield to Perth, Dundee, or St Andrews if you want a day trip. Edinburgh is about an hour and a half.
Facilities: all the basics are here. Washing machine, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking for one car on the drive. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
