The Wee Manse is a studio flat attached to our house, the Old Manse. It has its own front door and driveway. It's new, so everything's clean and works properly.
It's for two people. One room with the bed, kitchen, and sitting area all together. One bathroom with a shower. It's got underfloor heating, which is very good in winter. The bed has Egyptian cotton sheets. There's a Smart TV and wifi. The kitchen is small but has what you need: a Nespresso machine, a microwave that also grills things, and a fridge. You have a little private patio outside.
It's a two-minute walk into the centre of Aberfeldy. The town has shops, cafes, and a couple of good pubs that do food. It's a quiet spot.
You can walk straight out from the door into the countryside. Glen Lyon is a short drive north, maybe twenty minutes. It's a long, quiet glen, very peaceful. Loch Tay is about fifteen minutes west. You can go sailing there, or visit the Scottish Crannog Centre on the shore.
For a day out, you're close to a lot. Pitlochry is about twenty minutes by car. Dunkeld and The Hermitage are maybe forty minutes. Further north, you're into the Cairngorms National Park within the hour.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. There's an electric vehicle charger. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning walks or trips, the National Trust for Scotland and Cairngorms National Park websites are useful.
