The Wee Manse is a studio you can rent. It's in Aberfeldy, attached to the main house but with its own entrance and parking. It's newly built.
It sleeps two in one room. There's a double bed, a small but decent kitchen area, and a shower room with a toilet. It's all on one level. Everything is clean and modern, with underfloor heating. There are towels and bedding provided.
It's a two minute walk into Aberfeldy town centre. That's handy for the shops and places to eat. The nearest pub is about a quarter of a mile away. It's quiet where the cottage is, even though it's close to things.
You can start walking from the door. There are riverside and hill paths. Loch Tay is about six miles away if you fancy a drive. You can sail or do water sports there. Glen Lyon is also nearby, which is a long, quiet valley good for drives or walks.
For places to visit, you're right on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park. Pitlochry is a short drive south. If you like history, you can see a reconstruction of an ancient loch dwelling, a crannog, on Loch Tay at the Scottish Crannog Centre. For general information on the area, the Cairngorms National Park Authority website is useful.
Facilities: there's a smart TV, WiFi, a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. You have a private outdoor patio area. Parking is on the driveway. There's an electric vehicle charger.
No pets, sorry.
