Hill View House is in Aberfeldy in Perthshire. It's a stone-built semi-detached cottage. It sleeps five, with three bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean.
The main living room is at the front. It looks out over the golf course and the hills beyond. There's a wood-burning stove for cooler nights. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a big table for meals.
The stairs are standard cottage stairs. There's a family bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath.
Outside, there's a patio area and a garden. There's also a shared games room across from the cottage, which has table tennis, a snooker table and some board games. It's handy if the weather turns.
You're right in the town. A shop, a pub, and places to eat are about a five-minute walk away. There are tennis courts and a play park just across the road, and you can walk down to the River Tay from there.
For days out, you're in a good spot. Loch Tay is a short drive away for sailing or a cruise. The Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve is about twenty minutes by car for walking. Dewar's Whisky Distillery is in Aberfeldy itself. For something different, the Highland Safaris place is nearby.
Facilities-wise: bedding is included, there's parking on the drive, WiFi is provided, and you can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, but it's not totally secure for dogs that are great escape artists.
