Hope Cottage is in Aberfeldy, right on the main street. It's one of three cottages in a small, gated row behind a wooden gate. You get your own front door and your own space.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating which means it's recently been done up to a good standard. Everything's new and clean. The living area and kitchen are open plan downstairs, with the shower room off that. The bedroom is upstairs.
The stairs are steep and narrow. It's an old cottage, that's how they built them. You need to be careful coming down.
You're right in the middle of town. The shops, the bakery, and a few good pubs are literally a minute's walk away. The Black Watch Castle is just up the road if you're interested in that.
For getting out, you're in a good spot. The Birks of Aberfeldy walk starts in town. Loch Tay is about a ten-minute drive. It's big, good for a drive around or if you're into water sports. The Tay Forest Park is all around you for walks. Glen Lyon is maybe 20 minutes by car, it's a long, quiet valley drive.
Inside, it's got what you need. A proper shower, TV, WiFi, and the heating is included. The kitchen is new with a full oven and hob. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring up to two dogs.
If you're coming with more people, you can book the cottage next door as well. They're identical.
