Toadhall

Toadhall is in Aberfeldy. It's a stone cottage, semi-detached, built around 1890. It's on a quiet street but you're only a few minutes' walk from the town centre.

It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept. The stairs are fairly steep, as you'd expect in an older place.

You've got a living room with a wood burner and a separate dining room with an open fire. The kitchen has what you'll need. Outside, there's a small courtyard that gets the sun, and a private bit of grass behind it.

Aberfeldy itself is handy. There are shops, cafes, a couple of restaurants, and a pub about 400 yards away. The river runs through the town, good for a walk. The Birks of Aberfeldy walk is lovely, it's a gorge with waterfalls. The community campus is close if you fancy a swim or using the gym.

For days out, Loch Tay is about ten minutes by car. You can get boat trips there. The Dewar's Aberfeldy Distillery is just on the edge of town. Castles like Castle Menzies are a short drive. If you're walking, Schiehallion and Ben Lawers are within half an hour.

Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
