Anemone is a holiday cottage in Kenmore, Perthshire. It's semi-detached, sleeps six, and has a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped, not a basic let.
You come in on the middle floor into the main living space. It's open plan with a kitchen, a dining area, and sofas by a wood burner. There's a smart TV. Patio doors go out to a balcony at the front, looking towards Loch Tay, and to the garden at the back. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a four-poster bed and an en-suite. There's also a utility room with a washing machine and space for coats and boots.
The garden is enclosed, with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking on the drive.
Kenmore village is about a mile away. It's a small, pretty place on the banks of Loch Tay. There's a shop, a post office, and a few places to eat. The Kenmore Hotel is famous for being Scotland's oldest inn. You can walk down to the lochside from the cottage.
If you're into activities, Loch Tay has water sports. The National Trust for Scotland looks after the village. There's golf, horse riding, and walking trails nearby. For a bigger shop or a distillery tour, Aberfeldy is about ten minutes' drive. The Highland Safaris from there are good for seeing wildlife.
Further out, within half an hour or so, you've got places like the Fortingall Yew, Blair Castle, and Dunkeld with its cathedral.
The place has WiFi, all bedding and towels are included, and there's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
