This is Ard Taigh. It's a bungalow in Fearnan, right by Loch Tay. It's on a bit of a slope, so you get a good view down to the loch.
It sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. Everything's on one level, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The living room has big windows and doors that open out onto the garden. There's a sun room off the back, which is a nice spot when it's a bit cool outside. The kitchen has what you need to cook for a crowd. There's a utility room for boots and coats.
The village is quiet. The nearest shop is about three miles away in Kenmore. There's a pub about two and a half miles down the road. Kenmore itself is at the end of the loch. You can get boat trips from there, or hire things like kayaks. Aberfeldy is about twenty minutes by car. It has a decent supermarket, some nice shops, places to eat, and a whisky distillery.
If you like walking, you're in the right place. Drummond Hill is just there, with good forest paths. Ben Lawers is about ten miles away if you're up for something bigger. There's mountain biking trails, and you can do things like white water rafting or horse riding if you book them. Golf courses are all over.
Facilities: it's got parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's also a games room in the outbuilding. No pets, I'm afraid.
