Prospect Cottage
Prospect Cottage is on The Stocks, which is a quiet street in Kent. It's a terraced cottage with your own garden at the back.
The cottage sleeps five. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely with oak beams. It feels light because of the windows, and there's a wood burner for winter.
The stairs go up to the bedrooms. They are standard cottage stairs. The bedrooms are in the eaves, so mind your head in places. They look out over fields and woodland.
Out the back, there's a private garden that's enclosed. There's a patio area with a BBQ. You also get access to a tennis court on the site.
A local pub is a short walk away. The coast and Rye are about a fifteen minute drive. Rye is good for a wander and has some interesting old bits. For a bigger day out, you can get to places like Canterbury, Dover Castle, or the beaches at Camber within half an hour.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's parking on site.
