Ty'n Cae Cottage

Ty'n Cae Cottage is in Rhostrehwfa, near Llangefni. It's about a nine-mile drive down to the coast from here.

You can get six people in. Three bedrooms and one bathroom, but there's a separate toilet as well, which helps. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been updated, so it's comfortable and clean.

There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. There's a hot tub out there too.

Being up here, it's quiet. There's a pub and a play area within walking distance. Llangefni is a couple of miles away for shops.

Anglesey is good for walking. The Coastal Path is the obvious one. South Stack Lighthouse is about a 25-minute drive for the views and the birds. For something different, the old Parys Mountain copper mines are a strange landscape, about 20 minutes away.

The Sea Zoo is good for a rainy day, that's near Brynsiencyn. Llanddwyn Island is a nice walk out from Newborough beach when the tide is out.

Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. The parking is on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
