Seiriol Lodge 4

It’s called Lodge Four. It’s in Rhostrehwfa, which is near the middle of Anglesey. The lane’s quiet.

It’s a detached lodge. Sleeps four, but cleverly. There’s one double bedroom. Then upstairs in the eaves is a mezzanine sleeping area with two singles. It’s fine for kids or adults who don’t mind a climb. One bathroom with a shower. It’s got a 5 Star rating, so everything’s new, good quality, and clean.

You’re welcome to bring your dogs, up to two. The decking outside has a table and chairs, and it’s enclosed. There’s parking right next to it.

The kitchen has a dishwasher. There’s WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.

There’s a pub about a mile away. For shopping, Llangefni is the nearest town, about three miles. It’s got supermarkets and a few places to eat.

For getting out, you’re right in the middle of the island. Red Wharf Bay is to the east, about fifteen minutes by car. Newborough Forest and beach, with Llanddwyn Island, are to the south-west, maybe twenty-five minutes drive. The coast path is all around.

If you want to plan ahead, the Visit Anglesey site is useful, and National Trust Wales covers places like Plas Newydd and South Stack.
