Cefni Lodge 1

Lodge One is a detached lodge in Rhostrehwfa on Anglesey. It's part of a small, quiet group of lodges.

It sleeps four, but it's one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The sofabed is a standard double. One bathroom. Pets are welcome, we take up to two. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's finished to a high spec. It's not antique or full of character, it's just a very clean, modern, and comfortable space.

You've got a garden area to yourself. Parking is right outside. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher. Everything works as it should. WiFi is good.

The local pub is a short walk down the lane, less than a mile. It does food.

For beaches, you'll need to drive. Newborough Forest beach is about a 20 minute drive. The forest there is a red squirrel reserve. You can walk out to Llanddwyn Island from the beach. Red Wharf Bay is a bit closer, maybe 15 minutes.

Llangefni is the nearest town for proper shops, that's a five minute drive. The Nant Y Pandy Nature Reserve is there too, good for a walk.

The whole coast is accessible. Beaumaris is about a 20 minute drive. You can get boat trips from there or from Menai Bridge to see the seals and sometimes puffins. The Anglesey Tourism site is useful for planning. For official paths and sites, National Trust Wales and Visit Wales have good information.

The property details mention golf and horse riding locally, both are available within a few miles if that's your thing.
