Lodge Five is in Rhostrehwfa, which is near Llangefni on Anglesey. It's one of a group of lodges, but it's detached and you've got your own space. The decking has a seating area that catches the sun, and it looks out over fields.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one room upstairs. So it's a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and two singles. One bathroom downstairs. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's very well done. Everything feels new and solid. The kitchen is nice.
You're about fifteen minutes drive from the coast. Red Wharf Bay is a good one, it's a big sandy bay. Newborough Forest is about twenty five minutes. You park in the forest and walk through to a huge beach. You can walk out to Llanddwyn Island from there. It's managed by Natural Resources Wales.
Llangefni is the nearest town, about five minutes in the car. It's got a big Tesco, a Co-op, and some other shops. There's a few pubs. The Nant y Pandy nature reserve is there too, it's a good walk along the river.
For a day out, Beaumaris is about twenty minutes. It's got the castle and a pier. Menai Bridge is about the same, you can walk across the suspension bridge. The National Trust looks after a few spots on the island, like Penrhyn Castle, which is just over the bridge on the mainland.
Facilities wise: it's got parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher. There's an electric vehicle charger on site. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
