The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is in Long Row, Norfolk. It's a listed building with a big barn next to it. It sleeps twenty one people, which is why it has nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It gets a 4 Star rating, which fits.
The main thing is the space. There's nearly four acres of land. There are large lawns, a pond, and different seating areas. The garden is enclosed.
Inside, the centrepiece is the heated indoor swimming pool. It's in a pool house that connects the main farmhouse to one of the other wings. There's also a sauna and a steam room. In the main lounge, there's a slate bed pool table. Table tennis is provided too.
It's set up for big groups. You can all be together or find a quiet spot. The wings are separate from the main house, so there's some privacy.
The location is quiet, in the countryside. There's a pub about two and a half miles away. Supermarkets are in Diss, Attleborough, or Wymondham, which are a short drive. For days out, Thetford Forest is good for walking and cycling. The coast at Southwold is about half an hour's drive. The Banham Zoo is close by.
Facilities include all the bedding and towels, WiFi, TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking for everyone. There's a BBQ. No pets, sorry.
