Pond View Cottage
Pond View Cottage is on Long Row, just outside Tibenham in Norfolk. It's detached.
It sleeps six, but there's only one bedroom. The other two beds are sofa beds in the living area. So it's more flexible than private. There's one bathroom.
The name is right. The main thing is the deck out the back that looks over a pond. There's a lawn as well. The pond is right there, so you need to watch children.
The place is part of a larger site. The owners live here, and there are two other holiday lets. You all share four acres of gardens. That's nice, you're not overlooked.
There's an indoor heated swimming pool on site. You get it to yourself, but you have to book a two-hour slot in advance.
Inside, it's got oak beams. The living room is spacious. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well kept.
Tibenham itself is quiet. There's a pub about two and a half miles away. The nearest supermarkets are in Diss or Wymondham, about six or seven miles.
If you want a day out, Banham Zoo is close. Thetford Forest is good for walking or cycling. It's about a 20 minute drive. The coast at Southwold is further, maybe 45 minutes to an hour.
What's included: all the utilities, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels. There's a washing machine. You can park right outside. There's a BBQ.
