The Retreat
The Retreat is on Long Row in Norfolk. It's a one-bedroom studio for two people. It's all on one level, so there are no steps to worry about.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's compact but comfortable. You've got your own parking space right outside.
It's set in four acres of gardens, which you share with two other holiday lets. The main thing is there's an indoor heated swimming pool you can book for private two-hour slots. There's also a sauna.
You're a couple of miles from the local pub. The nearest supermarkets are about six and a half miles away, in Diss or Wymondham.
For days out, Thetford Forest is good for walking and cycling. The Forestry England website has trail maps. The coast at Southwold is about half an hour's drive. Norwich is 19 miles away for shops and the cathedral.
The Norfolk Broads are about a 30-minute drive. Wroxham is the main place there for boat hire. You can get information on the Broads Authority site.
In terms of what's here, the bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, a TV, and a barbecue. There's no oven, but there is a microwave and a hob. Sorry, no pets.
