You're a five minute walk from the village. There's a shop and two pubs. They're fine for a drink or a meal.
The towns of Harleston and Diss are close for bigger supermarkets. Diss has a train station with trains to Norwich and London. Norwich city is about half an hour away. It's got shops, the castle museum, and the cathedral.
The coast is about an hour's drive. Southwold is nice, with its pier. Great Yarmouth is more traditional seaside. Gorleston has a good sandy beach.
The Norfolk Broads are about 30 minutes away. You can hire boats at places like Beccles or Wroxham. The Broads Authority website has information.
For the house: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's no wood for the fire, so you'd need to bring your own or buy some locally. No pets.
