The Pool House
The Pool House is on Long Row, just outside of Tibenham in Norfolk. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so no stairs anywhere. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, with one bathroom.
The main thing is you get your own indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. The pool is in a separate building next door. You book two-hour slots for it, so you have it to yourselves. It's available all year.
Outside, there's a private bit with a table and a BBQ. The barn sits in about four acres of garden and fields, so it's quiet. You're surrounded by farmland.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped, not luxury. There's a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all the bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site.
There's a pub about two and a half miles away. For a supermarket, you'll need to go about six miles, to Diss or Attleborough. Those towns have shops and restaurants. Wymondham is nearby too.
If you want a day out, Banham Zoo is close. Thetford Forest is about a 25-minute drive. There's Go Ape there, and lots of walking and cycling trails. The coast at Southwold is just under an hour away. Norwich is about 30 minutes by car for shopping or the cinema.
