Pencartref
Pencartref is in Aberdovey. It's a first and second floor apartment in a big Edwardian house. You get the bit of garden out the back to yourselves. The beach is about two minutes away. There's parking for two cars.
It sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one is an en-suite. It gets a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's a flat walk to the shops and cafes in the village. The stairs inside are fine, but they're the original ones so a bit narrower than you might get in a new build.
The place is set up for a family. There's a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You've got WiFi and a Smart TV.
Everything you need is close. The beach is right there for sandcastles or a walk. The Aberdovey Golf Club is just up the road. You can go crabbing off the jetty. For more organised things, there's a sports club with tennis and mini-golf a few minutes away.
A bit further out, within about half an hour's drive, you've got Talyllyn Railway and the waterfalls at Dolgoch. Cader Idris is there if you want a proper mountain walk. The Zip World site at Corris is about 25 minutes away.
