Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is on the first floor of a big pink Georgian building right in the middle of Aberdovey. It used to be the Harbour Hotel. You're basically a minute's walk from the water.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom is a king with its own shower, the other is a double, and there's a family bathroom too. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable.
The main thing is the windows in the living room. They're huge bay windows looking out over the water. There are a couple of chairs right in front of them. The kitchen-diner is behind that, it's got a glass table and a dishwasher.
You're in the village centre, so everything is on your doorstep. There's a car park behind the building for one car. The beach is a proper sandy one, good for walking. The Wales Coast Path runs right through.
If you want to get out, the Talyllyn Railway in Tywyn is about 15 minutes by car. They run steam trains up into the hills. The Dyfi Osprey Project is maybe 25 minutes drive. For a big walk, Cadair Idris is half an hour away. The Snowdonia National Park website has good walking info.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, all bedding and towels are included. No pets. The building is old so you might hear the neighbours a bit, but it's generally quiet.
