Folkestone Central
Folkestone Central is a three bedroom flat on the first floor. It's about three minutes walk from the station, which is handy. It sleeps six and has two bathrooms.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's in good condition. The living area is open plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting room are all one space. The bedrooms are fine, nothing fancy. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi.
You're right in the middle of the town. The harbour area has been done up and has shops and restaurants. The beach is shingle. The Leas, which is the big grassy cliff top promenade, is good for a walk. You can get down to the beach via the Zig Zag path or the funicular.
For days out, Dover Castle is about twenty minutes drive. You've also got the white cliffs at Samphire Hoe. The National Trust White Cliffs site is useful for that. Hythe is along the coast, about fifteen minutes by car. The Channel Tunnel terminal is about a ten minute drive if you're catching the train.
The flat has parking for one car. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets sorry.
