It's called Riversong. It's in the village of Newmarket, near Trelawnyd in Denbighshire. It's a detached cottage, so you're on your own.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles. One bathroom with a shower. There's a sofa bed in the dining room as well, so you can squeeze in a couple more if you need to. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable but it's not a show home. The stairs are there, and you should know they're in the description.
The garden is a decent size. There's parking right at the back, and you can walk straight into the house from it, no steps. Good if you've got a lot to carry, or if steps are tricky. You can bring two dogs.
Inside, there's a wood burner, which is nice on a cold night. TV, WiFi, washing machine, all that. Bedding and towels are included.
There's a local pub. Prestatyn beach is about a 15 minute drive for a walk or a paddle. For a proper day out, Snowdonia is within half an hour. The Snowdonia National Park site has walking routes and park information. For something different, Erddig is a National Trust house about 25 minutes away.
