Pines Lodge is on the Pheasant Fields site in Lloc, not far from Holywell. It's detached, so you're on your own. It's got three bedrooms, sleeps six, and has two bathrooms.
The setup is open plan. Patio doors open onto a big deck with a hot tub. You get garden furniture. The views are over fields. Inside, there's a kitchen that's got the usual things, a dining area, and a living space with a TV.
There are three bedrooms. One's a king size with an en-suite shower room. The other two are twins. They all have TVs. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well kept.
The pub in the village is about five minutes walk. There's a shop about a mile away. The coast at Talacre is roughly fifteen minutes by car.
Holywell is three miles off. The Greenfield Valley there has St. Winifred's Well and the old Basingwerk Abbey ruins. It's good for a walk. Greenfield Valley Heritage Park has the details.
Chester is half an hour away for shopping and the racecourse. Chester Zoo and the Blue Planet Aquarium are also within that drive. Conwy and Llandudno on the coast are about thirty minutes. Liverpool is forty-five minutes.
For the facilities: it's got parking, WiFi, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. There's no charge for electricity. Sorry, no pets.
The lodge is next to another property, Pheasant Fields, which sleeps ten. You can book them together if you've got a bigger group.
