The Lodge is in Dyserth in North Wales. It's a converted stable block, so it's a single-storey, ground-floor place. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating.
You get the field next to it to use, which has decent views out over the countryside. The Offa's Dyke Path is right there, about a hundred yards away. So you can start walking from the door.
Dyserth has a shop and a pub, both about half a mile down the road. The beach at Prestatyn is about three and a half miles, so a short drive. Prestatyn has more shops and a few restaurants if you need them.
Rhuddlan Castle is nearby, and the Dyserth Waterfalls are worth a look. Llandudno and Conwy are both within about a thirty minute drive. Bodnant Garden isn't much further, if you like that sort of thing. Betws-y-Coed and Snowdonia are maybe forty minutes away, depending on traffic. Chester is just over the border, about forty-five minutes by car.
Facilities: There's parking, a washing machine, a patio and garden with a BBQ, and bike storage. WiFi and TV are included. Bedding and towels are provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
